ZAMAH Pro — Subscription Terms

Effective date: 8 July 2026

These Subscription Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply when you purchase ZAMAH Pro, our auto-renewing subscription. Operated by Jared Newton, operating as ZAMAH (jarednewton07@gmail.com).

1. Plans and pricing

ZAMAH Pro is offered as: - Monthly — billed every month. - Annual — billed every 12 months (best value).

Prices are shown in your local currency on the purchase screen before you buy, and are set by store region. Reference pricing: US $6.99/month and US $49.99/year; your local price may differ. The price shown in-app at the time of purchase is the authoritative price.

2. Free trial

Where offered, ZAMAH Pro includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers only. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable price. Trial eligibility and length are determined by the app store.

3. Auto-renewal

ZAMAH Pro automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period, through your app-store account: - Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ZAMAH → Cancel. - Apple: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ZAMAH → Cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. Payments, billing, and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, not by us, under their terms. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store according to its policies — we generally cannot grant or deny refunds directly. To request a refund, use Google Play support or Apple's "Report a Problem" (reportaproblem.apple.com). Your statutory refund/withdrawal rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.

6. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Where required by the app store or law, you will be notified in advance and, for increases, given the opportunity to accept the new price or cancel before it takes effect. Continued subscription after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

7. What Pro includes

ZAMAH Pro unlocks unlimited sessions, your full coaching relationship, deeper insight into your progress, all disciplines, and priority access to new content. Free features remain available without a subscription. Pro never provides an unfair competitive advantage over other players — your rating is always earned.

8. Changes to these Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
