ZAMAH — Data & Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your ZAMAH account and the data associated with it. Operated by Jared Newton, operating as ZAMAH.

Delete your account from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open ZAMAH → Settings → Delete account.
2. Confirm. Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted (subject to the retention note below).

Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app (for example, you've uninstalled it), email jarednewton07@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will verify your identity and process the request.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, display name, profile) and login credentials.
• Your learning data — session history, choices, ratings, mastery, streaks, and your derived cricket learning profile.
• Analytics identifiers linked to you, to the extent technically feasible with our providers (Supabase, RevenueCat, Mixpanel).

What may be retained (and why)

• Records we must keep by law — e.g., transaction/tax records related to purchases — retained only as long as legally required, then deleted.
• Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you may be retained for analytics.
• Your subscription itself is managed by Google Play or Apple; deleting your ZAMAH account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your app-store account (see our Subscription Terms).

Timing

We complete deletion requests within 30 days, or sooner where required by law, and confirm by email when done.
