ZAMAH — AI Use & Disclosure Notice
Effective date: 8 July 2026
We believe you should understand how ZAMAH uses artificial intelligence. This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Operated by Jared Newton, operating as ZAMAH (jarednewton07@gmail.com).
1. How ZAMAH uses AI
ZAMAH uses algorithmic and AI-based systems to: - Personalize your learning — adapt difficulty, choose what to serve you next, and estimate your skill. - Power the coaching experience — interpret your play and generate feedback, corrections, and encouragement tailored to you. - Model your progress — build a per-player "cricket learning profile" from your choices over time.
Some of this is deterministic (rules and models we run ourselves). Where generative AI is used to produce coaching language, it may be processed by our AI provider, Anthropic, acting as our processor under contract; only the data needed to generate that coaching is shared, and it is not used to train the provider's models except as permitted by our agreement.
2. What AI does not do
- It is not a human coach and not professional coaching, medical, physiotherapy, or fitness advice.
- It can be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. Use judgment; do not rely on AI-generated feedback as a sole source of truth.
- It does not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. AI and your data
The learning data described in our Privacy Policy feeds your personalization. You can access, export, or delete your data as described there. Deleting your account removes the profile the coaching is built on.
4. Transparency and content labeling
Coaching feedback and adaptive content in ZAMAH are AI-assisted. Where AI-generated content is presented, we identify it as such where required by law or app-store policy. We do not use AI to generate deceptive, harmful, or age-inappropriate content, consistent with Google Play's and Apple's AI content policies.
5. Human oversight and feedback
Our team reviews and shapes the coaching systems. You can report inappropriate or incorrect AI output at jarednewton07@gmail.com or via in-app reporting, and we use reports to improve the Service.
6. Changes
We may update this Notice as our AI features evolve; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
